From humble beginnings in 2006 to multiple states and with devoted teachers today, Urban Bliss School of Yoga teaches to find “Bliss Absolute” in this Urban World.
Lizzy has been teaching Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2006 and has taught close to 1,000 students.
